Don't thaw
Take the tray out of the freezer and open it. That's the whole prep. Thawing is the only way to ruin these.

Fry, steam or boil
Twelve minutes in a pan with a splash of water and a lid — that's our pick. Ten to twelve in a steamer, eight to ten in boiling water.

Open the dip
Spoon the chilli oil into a saucer, stir the sediment up from the bottom, and eat them standing at the counter.
